Once an order has been shipped, Quiet Storm Limited Edition is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier; however, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, and we are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
